Three small beginnings, each with a clear proposed package. We are working towards approved samples, complete production costs and a dependable delivery plan before opening real pledges.

01 / A KEEPER OF LITTLE MOMENTS

The Timekeeper.
The first edition.

One pledge would include

  • One individually finished and painted resin Timekeeper, approximately 8–10 cm tall, in the approved first-edition finish.
  • A protective presentation box with fitted protection.
  • A story and edition card with its piece ID, maker credit and QR entry to its own record.
  • A short care note and a link to a first Harbor encounter.

The first sculpt has a fixed clock face and a sculpted cloak. The proposed ten customer pieces are additional to the approval prototype retained by XO.

What still needs a price?

The ten-piece run, box and insert, printed card, series transport and delivery to each keeper. The current sculpt and prototype agreement gives us a starting point; the complete customer package still needs its quotation.

Before opening: approve the physical sample, final dimensions and finish, then confirm the numbered batch, complete price and dispatch window.

One pledge would include

  • One premium knitted hoodie in your chosen confirmed size, based on a maker-approved style.
  • A small Voyager embroidery and discreet XO branding.
  • Fibre, size and care labels, plus an edition hangtag with QR entry to the garment’s story and care record.
  • Protective garment packaging.

Midnight Navy leads the first release. Harbor Green, Natural Cream and Graphite are possible additional colours if the production split works. The 50-piece target and four-colour split are not yet confirmed by the maker.

What still needs a price?

The sample, embroidery setup, yarn and finished garment; minimums per colour and size; labels, packing, transport and size exchanges. Fibre composition, knit weight and the measurement chart are still to be agreed.

Before opening: approve the sample and fit, then publish the available sizes, colours, full price and delivery window. This hoodie is a separate project from the Timekeeper intarsia sweater.

03 / OPEN A WORLD, TOGETHER

One pledge would include

  • One fixed set of 78 tarot-size World Cards, approximately 70 × 121 mm, with landscape artwork, different fronts and one shared back.
  • Premium card stock with a matte base and selective raised high-gloss details: one uniform relief height, subject to the physical proof.
  • A fully printed rigid magnetic-flap box, with a matte finish for a quiet, museum-like presentation.
  • A printed World Companion, currently planned as a 96-page book, with QR entry to the world directory and the box’s edition record. Final format and binding will fit the complete set.

Card stock and thickness will be chosen with the printer. This is one shared World Card collection. Personal Journey Decks, separate Character Cards, a game board, figures and metal artifacts are separate projects.

What still needs a price?

One complete proof and comparable quotes for 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 sets: cards and raised finish, matte magnetic box, printed companion, setup and assembly. A separate QR pass or supplied NFC pass/tag, packing it, and any NFC setup or verification service need their own prices. Freight, fulfilment and taxes also remain to be confirmed.

Price under review: US$59 is a retail target, not a confirmed offer. The earlier small Journey Deck quotation excludes this box, book and raised finish. The complete-set quotes will determine whether 100 sets work or a larger batch, potentially 1,000, is needed. Delivery and tax treatment are still open.

Before opening: adapt and check all 78 fronts, the shared back and relief artwork for tarot size; approve the box, companion, physical proof, complete cost and viable batch size.

Its record continues.

Each proposed package includes a QR route to its maker, edition and care information, with a place for its next chapter. A QR opens the record; secure tag verification is a separate capability.

Giovanni is the technical contact for the Beontag sampling step. We are awaiting the tag references before selecting and pricing the secure NFC integration. Any NFC specification will be confirmed in the final release details.

FROM WORKING PACKAGE TO LIVE RELEASE

A complete price.
A clear next step.

The final price must cover development, the finished product, packaging, its record, fulfilment, fees and a workable allowance for care, replacements and XO’s work. Destination delivery and applicable taxes will be clear before anyone pledges.

Each release gets its own confirmed production target and deadline. The current pledge simulation uses 100 DEMO units for arithmetic only; that is not a product price.
